In case of late payment, the academy reserves the right to take the measures defined below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Face-to-face courses:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants who registered for practical courses in installments must pay the course fee no later than 3 days before the workshop, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate in the workshop.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Online courses:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In online courses, tuition must be paid after completing the course to receive a certificate. Otherwise, the certificate will not be issued.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Late Payment Penalty:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: 35px; text-align: justify;\">If the tuition fee is not paid by the due date, a late fee of 0.5% per day of the outstanding amount will be added to the total balance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Course Access Suspension:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: 35px; text-align: justify;\">If payment is delayed by more than fourteen (14) days, the academy may suspend access to the course until the outstanding payment is settled.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enrollment Cancellation:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: 35px; text-align: justify;\">If more than thirty (30) days have passed since the payment due date with no payment made, the participant\u2019s enrollment will be cancelled.
