How It Works
Why become a Corrective Exercise Specialist?
As Trainers, it is of utmost importance to maintain the safety of our clients and teach them to properly put their individualized programs into action without causing harm. Corrective Exercise gives each trainer the knowledge to help clients achieve a better range of motion, fix muscle imbalances, optimize performance, and prevent pain and injuries.
As a corrective exercise specialist, you will be more than just a trainer. You will be the guide to restoring alignment and mobility for clients who have challenges in their bodies. You’ll understand the human body and how each aspect of it has its specific function. Be able to give each client a lower and upper body multi-joint movement analysis.
