Password Reset Guide

Follow these steps to securely reset your IFPE Academy account password.

Use the username or email address registered with your IFPE Academy account.

Open the password reset page

Click the password reset button provided below.

Enter your account information

Enter the username or email address used when creating your account.

Request the reset email

Click Reset password. A recovery email will be sent to your registered email address.

Open the email

Open the email sent by IFPE Academy and click the password reset link.

Create a new password

Enter your new password, confirm it and save the changes.

Sign in to your account

Return to the account page and sign in using your new password.

Reset your password

You will be redirected to the official IFPE Academy password recovery form.

Did not receive the email?

  • Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
  • Make sure you entered the email address registered with your account.
  • Do not submit several reset requests consecutively. Use the most recent reset email.
  • If the problem continues, contact support and provide your full name, registered email and WhatsApp number.
