Participants who have enrolled in practical courses through an installment payment plan must settle the full remaining tuition fee no later than three days before the workshop.

Participants who do not complete payment by the deadline will not be permitted to attend the workshop.

For online courses, the full tuition fee must be settled after completing the course and before receiving the certificate.

The participant’s certificate will not be issued until the tuition fee has been paid in full.

If the tuition fee is not paid by the specified due date, a late payment penalty of 0.5% per day will be added to the outstanding balance.

If payment is more than fourteen days overdue, the Academy may suspend the participant’s access to the course until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

If payment remains unpaid for more than thirty days after the due date, the participant’s registration will be cancelled.

To continue the course, the participant must register again and pay the full tuition fee again.

All payments made for course registration or participation are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Registration for the course constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions governing participation in the training courses offered by IFPE Academy Germany.

After registration, withdrawal from the course, changing the course title, or requesting a tuition refund will not be possible.
