Introduction: By enrolling in any course at IFPE Academy, the participant agrees to pay the full tuition fee as outlined in this form. In case of late payment, the academy reserves the right to take the measures defined below. Face-to-face courses: Participants who registered for practical courses in installments must pay the course fee no later than 3 days before the workshop, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate in the workshop. Online courses: In online courses, tuition must be paid after completing the course to receive a certificate. Otherwise, the certificate will not be issued. Late Payment Penalty: If the tuition fee is not paid by the due date, a late fee of 0.5% per day of the outstanding amount will be added to the total balance. Course Access Suspension: If payment is delayed by more than fourteen (14) days, the academy may suspend access to the course until the outstanding payment is settled. Enrollment Cancellation: If more than thirty (30) days have passed since the payment due date with no payment made, the participant’s enrollment will be cancelled. To continue, they must re-register and pay the full tuition fee again. Refund of tuition The amount paid will not be refunded in any way.
